Coralia will also integrate a dynamic commercial boulevard with duplex retail spaces totaling 4,600 m², as well as an extensive parking system for more than 4,700 vehicles, representing approximately 208,000 m² across three underground levels.
The project will be developed in four phases, with seven residential towers rising 50 stories each, covering a total land area of 83,312 m² and reaching approximately 332,193 m² of construction.
